empty blister pack of viagra on the sidewalk

I spotted this empty blister pack of viagra tablets on the sidewalk (6×100mg, the largest dose they make). Stepped on, discarded with haste. I have no idea what sequence of events could have led to this.

perhaps a mad love affair with a tree….for several days? one can only hope the tree didn’t mind in this scenario
